Website Terms

The rules for using the public LinkSlate website. Customer subscriptions are governed separately by the customer's agreed contract.

Last updated: 2 September 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern use of the public LinkSlate website. They do not govern a customer's use of the LinkSlate software platform after purchase.

If your business becomes a LinkSlate customer, the services, subscription, configuration, support, payment terms, data-protection arrangements and other commercial matters will be governed by the separate agreement made with you.

2. About LinkSlate

LinkSlate is a business software service intended to help organisations bring jobs, staff, schedules, customer information and related operational work into a connected workspace.

The planned operating company is Raspin & Co Ltd. Statutory company information will be added once incorporation details are final. Nothing on this page should be read as stating that a company registration has already completed when it has not.

Website enquiries can be sent through the enquiry form or to garth@linkslate.co.uk.

3. Website information is not a customer contract

The public website is provided to explain LinkSlate, show illustrative examples, describe current plans and allow businesses to enquire. Submitting an enquiry does not commit you or LinkSlate to a purchase or supply contract.

A binding customer agreement will arise only when the relevant parties agree the applicable commercial terms through the proper contracting process. Any proposal, order form, SaaS agreement or other agreed customer document may contain terms that are more specific than this website.

4. Illustrative screens, examples and results

Screens, figures, workflows, sector examples and sample records shown on the website may be illustrative. They are intended to demonstrate how LinkSlate may be configured or used and are not a promise that every screen, field, workflow or sector-specific requirement is included in every plan.

Sample figures are not claims of typical customer results. Actual outcomes depend on the customer's business, data, configuration, use of the service and other circumstances outside LinkSlate's control.

5. Plans, pricing and optional work

Standard LinkSlate Core is £149 per month and standard LinkSlate Pro is £249 per month. A compulsory one-off standard setup and onboarding fee of £299 applies to a new standard Core or Pro customer, and standard Core and Pro subscriptions have a 12-month initial minimum commitment.

Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. LinkSlate is not currently charging VAT. If the relevant supplier becomes VAT-registered, VAT will be added where legally required from the applicable effective date. The current standard billing, renewal and cancellation position is explained on the Commercial Terms page.

Custom work, optional services, complex migration, on-site work and non-standard configuration may be priced separately. The specific order and customer agreement will confirm the charges and terms that apply to that customer before a binding purchase is accepted.

Custom features, integrations, migrations, additional automation and bespoke reporting are subject to scope, technical feasibility, data access, security requirements, availability and separate agreement. A website reference to a possible custom service is not a guarantee that a particular request can be delivered.

6. Regulated sectors and professional advice

References to care, logistics or other regulated or specialist sectors describe possible operational use cases only. LinkSlate does not, merely by providing software, certify a customer's regulatory compliance or replace the customer's own professional, legal, clinical, safeguarding, financial or regulatory responsibilities.

Businesses remain responsible for deciding whether their use of LinkSlate is suitable for their obligations, policies, permissions, records and sector requirements.

7. Acceptable use of the public website

You must not deliberately use the public website to:

  • break the law or encourage unlawful activity;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, accounts, data or security controls;
  • introduce malware, malicious code, automated abuse or excessive traffic;
  • probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written permission;
  • submit false, misleading, abusive or spam enquiries; or
  • interfere with the operation, security or availability of LinkSlate.

We may block or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or systems from misuse or security threats.

8. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the LinkSlate name, branding, website content, interface designs, text, graphics and other materials on the public website are owned by or licensed for use by the LinkSlate business and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may view and use the public website for legitimate business evaluation and enquiry purposes. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, commercially exploit or create misleading derivative material from protected website content except where the law allows it or we have given permission.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the public website accurate and available, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at a particular time. We may change, update, suspend or remove public website content where reasonably necessary.

Features and plans may evolve. Where a customer already has a contract, changes to that customer's rights and services are governed by the applicable customer agreement rather than by this public website term.

10. Links and third-party services

The website may refer or link to third-party websites or services. Unless we expressly say otherwise, a link does not mean we control or endorse the third party. Their own terms and privacy practices apply to their services.

11. Responsibility for website use

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where the law prevents exclusion.

Subject to those protections, the public website is provided for general business information and evaluation. You remain responsible for decisions you make based on your own circumstances and for obtaining appropriate professional advice where needed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible under these public website terms for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on illustrative public-site material. Liability arising from a paid LinkSlate service is governed by the separate customer agreement instead.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled when you use the public website or submit a business enquiry.

13. Governing law

These public website terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction in relation to disputes about these website terms, subject to any mandatory rights that the law says cannot be changed by agreement.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the website, LinkSlate or applicable legal requirements change. The latest version will be published here and will apply from the date shown on this page.
