Last updated: 9 September 2026

Core

£149/month

Pro

£249/month

Standard setup

£299 once

Standard Core and Pro: 12-month initial minimum commitment, billed monthly in advance. Founding 5: 30-day £0 base-subscription pilot, standard setup fee waived, then the paid term begins only if the customer elects to continue.

1. Standard subscription prices

LinkSlate Core is £149 per month and LinkSlate Pro is £249 per month. These are the standard software subscription prices for the relevant plan.

Custom work, optional add-ons, usage-based services, integrations, bespoke migrations and other non-standard services are scoped and priced separately before that work begins.

2. Standard setup and onboarding

A compulsory one-off standard setup and onboarding fee of £299 applies to a new standard Core or Pro customer, except where an express written offer such as the Founding 5 pilot waives it.

The standard fee normally covers:

  • an initial setup and requirements review;
  • standard business and workflow configuration available within the chosen plan;
  • initial manager or user setup assistance;
  • reasonable help with one suitable standard structured data import;
  • one standard onboarding or handover session; and
  • normal launch guidance for the LinkSlate workspace.

Complex historic data cleansing, bespoke migration development, integrations, on-site work and substantial non-standard configuration are not included unless expressly agreed.

3. Standard initial commitment and renewal

Standard Core and Pro subscriptions have a 12-month initial minimum commitment. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance during that period.

After the initial 12 months, the subscription continues on a rolling monthly basis and may be ended on at least 30 days' written notice, subject to the customer's agreed SaaS contract.

There is no automatic second 12-month lock-in unless a different arrangement is specifically agreed in writing.

4. Founding 5 pilot

The first five businesses expressly accepted by LinkSlate as Founding 5 customers may receive a separate 30-day real-business pilot before entering the paid Core or Pro term.

For an accepted Founding 5 customer:

  • the Core or Pro base subscription charge is £0 during the agreed 30-day pilot;
  • the standard £299 setup/onboarding fee is waived;
  • the ordinary 12-month minimum does not apply during the pilot;
  • the customer receives founder-led setup and feedback support, without a guaranteed SLA unless separately agreed;
  • if the customer chooses to continue after the pilot, the normal paid Core or Pro service starts and the 12-month initial minimum runs from the agreed paid Service Start Date; and
  • if the customer does not continue, the pilot ends rather than automatically converting itself into a 12-month commitment.

Founding 5 availability is confirmed in writing. The website does not operate a live remaining-spaces counter.

5. Founding base-price lock

If an accepted Founding 5 customer continues after the pilot, its base Core subscription rate is locked at £149 per month or its base Pro subscription rate is locked at £249 per month for as long as the relevant LinkSlate subscription remains continuously active.

If a Founding 5 customer switches between Core and Pro while remaining continuously subscribed, the founding Core/Pro base rates remain the applicable reference rates for those plans unless a different written arrangement is agreed.

The lock does not include VAT, optional add-ons, usage-based AI or communications, integrations, bespoke work, non-standard migrations, future separately priced products or other separately scoped services.

If the LinkSlate subscription ends and the customer later returns, the founding price lock has ended and the then-current pricing applies unless a new written agreement says otherwise.

6. Cancellation during a standard paid initial term

An ordinary cancellation request during a paid 12-month initial term does not remove the initial minimum commitment unless the parties expressly agree an early release or the customer has a contractual right to terminate for cause.

This is different from the Founding 5 pilot period, which is the pre-commitment evaluation period described above.

7. Billing and service start

For a standard customer, the £299 setup fee is due when the customer accepts the applicable order or onboarding arrangement and before substantive setup work begins. The recurring subscription starts on the agreed Service Start Date and is billed monthly in advance.

For a Founding 5 customer, the written Order Form records the pilot dates, £0 pilot base subscription, waived standard onboarding fee and the paid Service Start Date if the customer elects to continue.

8. Data export and exit

The customer retains its rights in Customer Data. During the service, available export functions may be used and a reasonable standard export can be requested where an appropriate built-in export is not available.

The current contract template provides a 30-day reasonable standard retrieval/export period following termination or expiry, subject to identity, authority, security and applicable law. A normal available or reasonable standard export does not carry an artificial exit charge; substantial non-standard reconstruction, transformation, migration or restoration work may be separately chargeable.

9. VAT

Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. LinkSlate is not currently charging VAT.

If the relevant supplier becomes VAT-registered, VAT will be added where legally required from the applicable effective date. VAT is not part of the Founding 5 base-price lock.

10. What takes priority

This page explains the current standard commercial position and the Founding 5 launch offer. A customer's binding rights and obligations are governed by the specific Order Form, SaaS Agreement, DPA and any other expressly agreed documents.

If a separately negotiated written customer agreement expressly differs from this page, that customer's agreed contract takes priority for that customer.

Sending a LinkSlate enquiry or requesting a demo is not a purchase. Founding 5 status is not created by submitting a form; acceptance and the specific pilot terms must be confirmed in writing.
